Hey Gene
I do believe that there will be a romp closer. I am not positive on that, but there was a romp near Cleveland Heights last year! _________________ Shannon - Phantom, Star, Fozzie & Roni

Is it okay if people who interested in labradoodles attend the romp's? We are interested in getting a doodle eventually and I thought it would be great if my family and I could see a variety of them all in one place. Thanks for the info. I just didn't know if it would be odd to have people attend who didn't have a doodle/dog there. |

We encourage people that are wanting to get a doodle to attend a local romp. This way they can get an idea if a doodle is for them. Doodle people are all so nice, and can answer any questions you have while attending. _________________ Shannon - Phantom, Star, Fozzie & Roni

Shannon's absolutely right, we'd love to have future doodle owners or even people just considering getting a doodle attend! Hope you can make it! What state do you live in? _________________ Lauren and Riley (F1B Labradoodle) |

Darn! They are actually going to have one in South Carolina - about 3 1/2 hours from me - the weekend I'll be in FLORIDA! _________________ Kim and Tyke

Don't know if this has already been posted--I just got it by email:
Dear BADOGers
The annual "Romp Around the World" for Northern California will be
held on April 26, 10-12PM at Seal Point Dog Park in San Mateo. Here
is the link for directions and information: http://home.earthlink.net/~ejlmp/sanmateodp.html
Please bring a water dish and water for your doggie. Because of the
number of dogs that are expected to attend, PLEASE LEAVE YOUR TREATS
AT HOME!!! We do not want our precious doodles fighting over a scrap
of doggie treat!! Believe me, they don't need treats to have a grand
old time with their doodle pals!!!!
This romp is the annual fund raiser for International Doodle Owners
Group Rescue/Rehome, so we are asking for a $5 MINIMUM donation from
each family attending the romp. There will be a can for admission
donations at the entrance to the small dog play area. It will be
Honor System, but please remember to help. If you wish to donate
beforehand, you can visit http://www.idog.biz/rescue. You will also
see the number of doodles that have been helped by Jo, Shannon, and
Beth! It is impressive what they do on a shoestring. Let no doodle
go unrescued!
Hope to see you on April 26. Last year we had close to 80 doodles,
all romping away to the delight of all in attendance!!
Questions??? Please contact me at my email address. Feel free to
pass this message on to your doodle-owning friends who might not be on
the BADOG list. Romp t-shirts can be ordered at http://www.idog.biz
Happy doodling! Lucy and Ozzie
