I opened my website just weeks ago and have been working to get it seen... not a small feat when you consider how many are out there! So I've been writing and tweaking and using all the free ad space I can find to get it launched and today I met a personal goal of getting over 200 page views in a single day! I'm SO excited! It can take up to 6 months for search engines to recognize a site, so sometimes a bit of creativity is called for. Thank goodness it works!
Just had to share my excitement!

Being at home most of the time, I spend a lot of hours on the net surfing for things I'm interested in or helping friends find things.
I find music on websites very annoying and usually leave right away - I hate having "my" music that I have playing on computer interrupted by a websites music
just my 2cents
