Hmmm.. Well, a flight would not be too bad.. LOL I had fozzie shipped to IL, and the flight was fine for him. Only about 3 hours. He came out of the crate wagging his tail and I put a leash on him and he pottied in the grass. No messes in the crate either. _________________ Shannon - Phantom, Star, Fozzie & Roni

That puppy does look like Tanner.....regarding the whites getting dirty...he never looks dirty...I brush him every day and with his coat, the dirt just seems to disappear. _________________ AnnieG & Tanner

What a fun site to look at! Gorgeous puppies!
Doc is white and he's not too bad to keep clean. At least I KNOW when I have to rinse his feet off before letting him in the house - ha-ha! |

Thanks for that Kim as that is how I feel about the whites, creams.
Denver is chocolate and you just can not see the mud on him but
boy do you see it at bath time. _________________ Sue & Denver

Sue, I second the referral for Nikki...she is a very good breeder!
Is there any particular location in Canada you are searching? I do know of several good Canadian breeders...
I didn't know that Nikki was breeding North American Retrievers...good for her! I don't know if they would be white...I have not seen that many, but have only seen cream or darker.
I LOVE the picture of Daine's puppy! Really, white like that is rare, I think. Generally you get cream.
Diane is that one of your breeders or a puppy from one of your litters?
Either way, you have plenty of time to look!
I can refer you to several Canadian breeders if you want, but if you are hooked on Nikki's site, I would give her my complete support too.
Congratulations! _________________ jacque.bayley.lexie.chase.rosie.nitos.amelia.dupree.madison.sherwood.gerry www.backporchlabradoodles-jacque.blogspot.com www.backporchlabradoodles.com |

Looks like Double Doodle ownership is an absolute epidemic!!!!!
You, Denver (AKA Colorodo), and your 9 kitties will surely make a wonderful home for one lucky white puppy!

SUe on a serious note (for once)
I truly am sooooooooooo happy for you and also Denver!
I will say this having 2 doodles is a HOOT!! yes work but oh my heart grows bigger daily with Max and Peanut. They seem to soften me up in certain ways and funny thing, they also make me have flashbacks of when my 3 teenagers were tots. So daily i have fond memories of my kids and form new memries with Max and Peanut for future reflections.
Additionally, they seem to touch other people's hearts espeically when in time of need. Doodles are such wonderful loving dogs that sometimes words can't justify a description correctly. That's when a picture is worth a thousand (or more) words.
I commend all the breeders here on this forum as they truly love their breeding dogs and doodles they produce while trying to find as loving home as they came from. Which tells us how much temperament counts as well being in it for the LOVE factor more than a money factor, providing ONLY the best and recommending the same to others wehn they can't fulfill a home due to restrictions maybe like canada as one example.
For me and my family, I can't tell you how much love, comfort, laughter, and a ahhhhhhhhhh feeling we experience daily. I have watched my daughter's boyfriend hit by a car have Max by his side less than 24hours later totally relax and forget his problems with Max resting his head on his lap and licking him, possibly sensing the pain he was in?
I have also watched Dave's daughter who is going thru hell hold Peanut and see hope, happiness, and realize life has alot to offer.
Maybet this sounds ridiculous to some but when i am sitting here watching others hold and hug my preciuos babies/doodles, ohhhh can't decribe the wonderful almost serenity i experience wishing to take a picture but you don't. Sometimes a mental memory is great cause you can bring it up while driving, at work etc. a picture needs to be on hand.
OK i just poured my little ole heart out in a short story hahaha
sorry but I love my babies sooooooooooo much and feel so happy when i hear of others not only having one but wanting 2.
I truly believe doodles are meant to have companions whether it be a doodle, or another breed or a cat.
have a great day everyone...and would someone tape my fingers to my sides for awhile? _________________ Annmarie, Max,& Peanut
