| I was trying to discourage Cody from begging at the table so I gave him some arugula salad with flax oil and vinegar dressing. He ATE it! I gave him a few more pieces and he ate those too! So much from trying to discourage him. Any other salad eaters out there? |

LOL!! Thats funny!!!
I had some ceasar salad left over, and I left it alone on my coffee table. I came back and it was gone and licked clean.  Leno ate the lettuce and tomatoes! .........So I guess doodles like salad, well ours do anyway!

We've done the same thing with Dakota. I really don't want to get him hooked on people food so when he starts persistent begging, we give him something to discourage him. We've tried apples and carrots which, to our dismay, he enjoyed thoroughly! But last night took all; he ate and enjoyed a bite of a pickle!
