Jac, Bandit's 6 mos old already!
Keith and his family are doing a GREAT job with Bandit! I took those pics one day when Keith's family and ours took Yankee and Bandit to a dog park. I can't wait til he can be a daddy for Sheba's babies!

See Maureen, I KNEW you could do it.
I know its frustrating, but technology is fairly easy once you get the hang of it.
You think that's good... We ran into Bandit's brother (Brutus) at the dog park by chance on Saturday in Parker.
We were nervous of letting him off leash, but the girls kept coming up and wanting to play (the whole bow down invitation to play thing), and we finally did let him off once a couple small human girls left.
Most of the other owners were way cool and just said, "let him be, she will let him know when she's had enough"
They had a a great time chasing around some black labs (brother and sister), and a couple female boxers. Also ran into a 4 mo old Goldendoodle that looked like a Cockapoo/ stuffed animal.
Brutus is slightly bigger than bandit (~1" and 5#) and a bit more white with fluffier legs. We did give them the information for our trainer... Not only that, Brutus' owners are newbies into 4-wheelin, so I can show them the ropes on that too!
By contrast, during our puppy kindergarten class, we have run into Bandit's 2 sisters and 1 brother that are in the class immediately prior to ours. That being the case, we try to get there 20 minutes early to let them socialize. Bandit's siblings in that class are EASILY 2/3 his size. poodle frame with a lab coat. Whereas Bandit/Brutus have a lab build with poodle coat.
Interesting to see how it all plays out. We skipped class this week as we are a few weeks ahead in our progress and the trainer wanted everyone to equalize and thought it would be good to take a week off. Also in our class, we have a mini chocolate F1, or is it F1B (Bronco)? Anyhow, hes a funny little thing. i thought he was a puppy, but he is 9 mos old. |

I feel like such a proud mama!
Bronco is no relation to our pups, or Bandit, but yes he's a mini-to-medium f1 (approx 18") and at 9mos he's smaller than our Bandit. And seeing him was really reassuring that I want to find a chocolate miniature poodle to breed miniature f1b's with Yankee in the future.

Bandit looks a lot like my Gus! He had a whispy coat as a puppy but has gotten more curlier/shaggier with age. I trim his face up a bit so the hair doesn't get in his eys. He looks (and acts) like a blonde ALF.
This is a pic as of Feb:
