sorry for being a thickie, BUT could you give me step by step instruction please. I have uploaded the photo, but when it says the other things I am lost

Okay...

Open up photobucket.
Navigate to your album.
you should see a few like this:

Where I circled in red is what you want to highlight.
Right click, copy (or CTRL-C)
Come back to this thread and open a reply box.
Within the message body, right click, paste (or CTRL V)
You should see something like this:
[IMG] http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i118/locomigo/forumhowto.jpg[/IMG] (Without the space after the [img])
That's all there is to it.

Piece of cake. and should be no worries going forward.
