Hello,
My previous dog passed away and I would like to surprise my daughter with a Labradoodle pup.
She is devastated and I want to cheer her up.
I am an experienced dog owner.
Can anyone recommend their favorite breeder in Southern California?
I want an F1b = backcross puppy, fleece coat, standard size, chocolate color.
Thanks for your help. |

Why do ldoodle breeders insist on neutering the dogs before purchase?
I would like to wait until 6 months to perform the proceedure.
Thanks |

Shadow and Sandy were from two different So Cal breeders. Both breeders send the dogs home intact, but require you to do the surgery by 6 months as per the contract.
You can PM me if you would like. |

Often breeders do early spay and neutering because they believe that it is the responsible thing to do, that way there is no possibility that their dogs will be put into unsavory breeding programs and their pups (and grand-pups) are only bred responsibly. It is a way of protecting their dogs, actually.
Many breeders will work with you if you believe that it is not healthy to spay/neuter the pups early, some won't. So, you just have to speak up and ask them about their policy.
I have breeder friends in Southern CA that have chocolate pups...Deb, on this forum has a litter of Chocolate Australian puppies available next month. I know of F1B pups too, so if you want to PM me, I'll give you their info. _________________ jacque.bayley.lexie.chase.rosie.nitos.amelia.dupree.madison.sherwood.gerry www.backporchlabradoodles-jacque.blogspot.com www.backporchlabradoodles.com |
