Thank you all, soooo much!

Linda, I do the easy part...I donate them to the various service/guide dog organizations and then they place them in great homes (Kari, for example) where they are loved and taught. Then, after nearly 18 months the puppy, if qualified, is placed in the facility training to work on the more specific and intense training. If they make it through that program, then they graduate and are placed with an individual and the new partner lives at the facility, learning how to work with his/her new canine companion. It is quite a process!

By the time they reach "turn in" day, they are already very well behaved and have learned so much about life. They go with their puppy raisers everywhere; to work, golfing, shopping, the theatre, carnivals, etc. Pepper even got to go to the Grammy Awards, back stage!

The real congratulations goes to the puppy raiser. They work soooo hard to train these dogs, and they love them so much that turn in day is very hard. Many, many tears are shed as they say goodbye...they are remarkable individuals!

Oh! Judi, Yoshie is turning completely silver! As you see, his sibling, Yoda, is still very black (except for his brown muzzle) but Yoshie has the silvering trait that we are finding in some of our pups. I don't know what to call it, except for "silver"! Laughing Thank you for the compliment!

Fabulous, Jac. They all look marvelous, what eyes they have!
