have not tried that but MIL swears by 1 tsp mixed with water every day, she's 80 and healthy, don't know if the ACV has anything to do with her health or not

I have tried to get my cats to eat it but they hate the smell
and will not touch anything that has it mixed in.............

you know what else works really well? australian tea tree oil - mix a small amount with water and apply to any skin prob like hot spots, dermatitis, and works esp well for fleas sprayed all over.

as for apple cider vinegar, i've used it on my hair and it works WONDERFULLY. corrects the PH of your scalp and makes for lustrous locks. i rinse with it when i first get in the shower and let it sit, then shampoo and condition. removes build up and gets rid of dandruff. improves digestion if taken before a meal, too.

i had all but forgotten about the use of vinegar..my mom use to
rinse our hair with it..and put it into our chow-mein along with
soi-sauce..

guess it was for a health benefit after all..*i luv my mom* Embarassed

but that s another story..
