HI ALL ,
I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM A GENTLEMAN IN RHODE ISLAND. HIS MOTHER IS 80 AND HAS A 3 YEAR OLD LABRADOODLE FEMALE WHO IS "TOO MUCH" FOR HER TO HANDLE.
IT SEEMS THE DOG IS NOT ABLE TO COEXIST WITH CATS. SHE HAD A CAT THAT USED TO ROAM FREELY IN THE HOUSE WHO IS SKITTISH AND NOW DOESN'T EVER LEAVE THE 2ND STORY. THATS HER MAIN CONCERN.

SHE HAS HAD TRAINING AND KNOWS BASIC COMMANDS, AND IS USED TO BEING ON A LEASH TO GO FOR WALKS. FULLY UP TO DATE ON VACCINATIONS ALSO.

HE SAYS THEY RESCUED THE DOG FROM A MAN WHO WAS GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE, LAST NOVEMBER AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHERE SHE WAS BRED. SHE IS CURLY AND HER NAME IS " HERSHEY".
HE IS GOING TO SEND ME SOME PICS SO WHEN I DO GET THEM I WILL POST THEM ON HERE.
I JUST WANTED TO SHARE THIS WITH ANYONE WHO MAY BE LOOKING FOR AN OLDER LABRADOODLE.

I AM JUST LOOKING FOR A STABLE HOME FOR THIS LABRADOODLE. Wink

Wow, she has that Annabelle, Miko, Lady Di glance down pat! She is beautiful. I am sure IDog could place her if they want to contact Shannon.

Do you know how much they are asking and/or if they are willing to fly the dog? Someone called me yesterday looking for an older doodle but don't have very much $$ to spend.

They told me 300.00 to recoup"vet bills" but maybee I could ask if he could decline on the money and possibly fly her out..
let me know if they are really interested...
Thanks for the thought...if it works I would consider this a true success...slim as it may appear now...who knows...

Awww such a sweet face. I'd love to help but three kids and one doodle is enough for us for now. I live in MA near the RI border. I will keep her in mind if I hear of anyone looking.
