Hi Jac! Are you thinking of a different pet search engine? The links above are from Petfinder, a website for pets in shelters and foster homes. Breeders/puppymills/etc aren't allowed to post on Petfinder, only animal shelters and non-profit rescue groups. (I ran the Petfinder site for a local shelter where i volunteered, and they do call to check for references.)
Some of the dogs on Petfinder are actually puppy mill rescues. Adoption fees vary by group, but most that I've seen are reasonable. Just wanted to clarify.
Always open to hearing more opinions, feedback, etc. |

Hi Jac
Breeders and sellers of doodles are not allowed to post on petinder. Sometimes there will be listings in other places, but the post above was doodles in shelters. We advertise on petfinder, and we are a 501c3 organization, but you know that already. I was a bit confused by the post.

It's okay Jac.. I thought you may have been confused. There are a lot of doodles in shelters right now. Very sad, and most of them really have no issues except that their owners did not know what they were doing@! _________________ Shannon - Phantom, Star, Fozzie & Roni
