Annmarie, sorry I hadn't posted before - I've been so caught up with my own family this week, I really haven't seen much on any of our forums. My only uncle, who is like a second dad to me, had to have major heart surgery last Friday. The pericardium around his heart was calcifying and keeping his heart from beating normally. Friday, they went in and actually removed the whole thing from around his heart. He is doing great now (actually came home yesterday), but the whole family was pretty oblivious to everything else that's been going on in the world for the last couple of weeks. I'm sure you must feel the same way right now. I'll be praying that your family will have the same wonderful outcome that we did, and that your daughter and her baby will be ok. Also sending lots of love and doodlehugs your way!

Annmarie, Your daughter and family are in my prayers. Take care of each other. She will have good and bad days. Tell her friends and family to just be there for her and don't try to make her feel better with words. There is really nothing anyone can say, except "I'm here for you."
I'm sorry.

I am so sorry to hear that. I hope you have two REALLY big scoops of Ice Cream. Don't forget the topping. This is a time for all the toppings you can think of. Maybe even so Brownies. I love brownies and ice cream are the best.
