The 5th one. Pictures where children show their teeth really show their age when you look back at them in 20 years! But the 2nd one is adorable if you don't want teeth showing and the shadow is not too visible in the background.

I vote for 4...his smile looks most genuine there (I like smiles when you see teeth).

I like the last one...he's adorable in all of them, but I like the composition of the photo where his arms are crossed, it adds a little something!

I really do love # 1, black & white photos are so timeless and I do like the last one too I think the thing I didnt like about the others is seeing his shadow in the photo
