Creating an Avatar:

The easiest way is to use
http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/

and follow the directions on the site. The maximum size for your avatar is 180.

Download your new avatar to your computer.

Go to the profile section of the forum and towards the bottom are the instructions for uploading your new avatar.
