Help making DVD video

Does anyone know how to make a DVD video of photos with music in the background? I would love to make a DVD for my daughter who graduates soon. I would use lots of photographs and then add some background music. Is there a program I need to get or a website I can use?
I thought about just videotaping the photos while the music plays but that seems like a pretty lame way to do it Laughing

If you have Windows, you should be able to find Windows DVD Maker under your programs list.
It's very simple (well, to me) and I use it ALL the time to make DVD slideshows.
