what do they me by this term?

i read about it on serveral of the Austrian Doodle webpages but, there s
no explanation to what it is..Toby has a black stripe between his eyes down to his nose..

If I'm not mistaken, it means the coloring of the nose and the eye rims.

Mia also has a black stripe between her eyes down to her nose.

Her skin is pink in some places and black in others....it looks kinda cool

Pigment is how we see a pink/liver nose versus a black nose
and then the color of eye rims etc
