Can Cali still belong to this forum if she doesn't eat or steal socks???!!Shocked She never has. The closest she's come is to chew up one of my daughter's flip flops and one of my son's flip flops when she was a puppy.

Ozzie has NEVER stolen a sock, but he finds it hilarious to shove his muzzle deep into my shoe, get a good whiff, then run to my bare feet and sniff them. He then ROFLHAO! Maybe some day I'll be senile and wander off into the desert. Then Ozzie can track me down by scent!

Jofi is another one who loves to raid the sock draw. The bedrooms are out of bounds but if she gets a chance to sneak in, before you know it there's a scattering of socks and bras across the house - in a trail leading to her 'den'.

She loves shoes too. In the end, I gave her an old sneaker to play with.

Other items Jofi likes to steal... sponges - she'll go to great lengths to get her teeth into a sponge - even stealing one from the neighbour who had a bucket of water and a sponge (luckily it wasn't used yet - no chemicals). If she gets the chance to raid the bathroom she'll happily shred a toilet roll or two on the couch. She's not picky - kitchen roll is equally suitable - or newspaper... the paper bin is a good laugh when Jofi's in the mood.

Do I have a naughty doodle?!!

Luckily the socks and bras are never damaged - just lovingly mouthed.

Dexter loves sponges too Shocked There aren't many things he doesn't love to steal. We keep the sponge far back on the drying board so it is out of his line of sight.

Last night he jumped up on a counter and stole the bag of food we keep there for training...ripped it open and ate all the food...he usually does not jump up on counters so I don't know what got into him.

Denver destroyed a couple pairs of shoes ,a few socks
and 2 bras as a puppy but has never done it since.
He stopped around 5 or 6 months of age and he will be 2 next month.

LOLOL doodles are the best! We got a present this morning...a knee-high! woot! Guess Chloe has a veeeery short memory though, because my sandal was in her sights as I was tossing the nasty nylon. Ahhh the joys of getting nothing done Laughing

Hi cocoandjane..its care-ah-mee-ah-ma. Caramia is always taken so I add an extra ma on the end and POOF an acceptable name Smile

My best friend also has a doodle and yesterday she told me they are having a funeral for two more pairs of shoes. So far Cacao only likes socks, underwear, and anything paper.

Yesterday Dexter stole our package of hamburger buns and ran amok with them...so the stealing isn't just with socks in our house Smile
