This link should help, hopefully---at least to get you both started...

I see that there are IDOG representatives in both CT and IN....if nothing has been posted on the "romp announcement forum", you might try contacting them to see if they are planning anything....
GOOD LUCK and hope you find a ROMP to go to!!

Some additional info for the San Mateo, CA romp this Saturday!
(We'll be there with the Boo-Man for a little while, probably late-ish.)
http://home.earthlink.net/~ejlmp/sanmateodp.html
The annual IDOG Doodle Romp will be held this Saturday, April 26, at
Seal Point Dog Park in San Mateo between 10 AM and 12PM. Please see
link above for information and directions. A MINIMUM donation of
$5.00 is requested for every family attending the romp. The funds
will be used to support the rehome/rescue efforts of IDOG.
http://www.idog.biz
(Every penny goes to IDOG!!!) You can always give more!!!! If you
wish to make a substantial donation, then please visit the site to
make your donation and receive an acknowledgment letter for tax
purposes. A big check with your contact information will also get you
a tax-deduction letter. Look for the specially marked IDOG donation
jar. It will probably be set up under the canopy by the benches!
The rangers have requested that we park only in legally marked
parking spaces in the parking lots. There is plenty of parking
available in the two big lots adjacent to the dog park. We would like
to continue to have romps here, so let's be mindful of the park
rules. Parking on the dirt close to the enclosure is a NO-NO!
Please bring water and a water dish for your own doggie(s). PLEASE,
NO TREATS!!!! There will be too many dogs in an enclosed space. We
don't want our darling doodles getting mad at each other over a
cookie!!!
Hope to see lots and lots of doodles and their people on Saturday.
The weather looks like it's going to be nice! |
