OK kingstontoodd......we have 2 doodles 5mos apart in age

1--YES they wrestle 24/7
2---YES they are hysterical aka funnier than hell at times and othertimes put us thru hell with sock chasing hahahhahhaa
3 ---they never argue or fight...but we have a male and female. Peanut is the 1st female dog i've ever had and she's so sweet , in fact she chases butterflies and moths outside.

I LOVE having 2 doodles though at times it is work but well worth it!!!

I think everyone on this forum should be required to have 2 doodles to be a true doodleaholic addict hahahhahahhaa

OH did i mention my breeder is due with another litter of goldendoodles any day now...and NO i am not getting a 3rd

thanks EVERYONE for the puppy fix pics!!!!! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I think that when the new litter is born that you
should add one more to your house for a total of three
and therefore letting me off the hook for only having one.
That way everything balances out as you will have taken my second Doodle for me.
How does that sound.
Bahahaahhhahaahaaa!!!!!

Sue,
I LOOK at the rescues on Petfinder and dream about how great it would be to find them homes! Laughing I haven't gotten enough nerve to foster yet, I really think I would want to keep them all. Laughing Shannon is one of my heroes with her gorgeous pack of 4!!

Hi my name is Brenda and I am a doodleholic. We are keeping Roy from our litter so that will make 3.doodles So far we have the sweetest black boy left to sell and I am hoping and praying he gets a home soon so I don't get to attached and want to keep him to. Life should be interesting with 3 doodles.
If nobody comes to visit us anymore I will understand why lol.

I totally understand that wanting to keep them all. It is how I ended
up with 9 cats. I could never foster a dog or a cat as I would not
be able to give them up. Crying or Very sad

know what? if you foster a pet knowing from the beginning you are helping them to find a good home ....well let's just say i did it for years and as sad as i was to give them up later on, deep in my heart i was happy to get the dog ( sometimes a cat) to a state where someone would take them to be their family pet and see both parties happy.

Well its friday. Today is the day they were supposed to make a decision about Lilly Doodle's forever home. She was off thier website yesterday and we didnt get the phone call, and still nothing today. I guess somebody closer was luckier than us. The silver lining is that this process did solidify for us that we want a second LD, but it has to be "the one". You just know at first sight that a particular dog is the one, it makes you feel something inside. Hershey did it first, then Lilly. So we are looking again........sad and happy at the same time.

Maureen you don't play fair! Too many cuties! Here is hoping they all find their forever homes soon! All I know is that I'm safe we can't do 3! Roy would be tempting if we needed #2 Smile

I am in awe of people who do this and can do it. I was not able to foster guide dogs for this reason as I knew I could not
give them up. I think it is comendable but I am too much of a crybaby and am not able to think the way you need to. Confused
