Like i said...i'll email ya one!! or better yet i can mix it in with the brownies? hahahhahahhaa the only problem with flexerall is your mind thinks one way (normal mostly) but the translation gets lost by time you speak or type. All ya can do is sit and and fall asleep within a reasonable time period.

OK for anyone else wondering what is wrong with me here goes:

I have ganglion cysts in my foot needing surgical removal soon and they think bad arthritis too. I need MRI's and have yet to schedule them along with xrays too etc

Then last week i thought i either did a cervical strain and/or something to my nerve in my neck. So after 5 days of bad pain on my whole left hand, arm and neck i went to my doctor. I am taking a muscle relaxant at bedtime to release/relax the muscle and trigger point spasms so they can evaluate and see if i have a nerve problem or bad disk in my neck. Thus the need to wear a neck collar and brace for hand/arm again at nighttime till the next morning ...it makes my nerve immobilized. I can't take pain med since i am allergic to most of them hahhahhaa ( joy joy!) Wink
In due time i am sure things will alleviate. Smile I think the warranty on body expired 3 weeks ago and dummy me didn't purchase an extended warranty hahhahahhaaa

Dave is helping out alot , Max and Peanut are getting more playtime now in the backyard running on 4 acres instead of my taking walks with them since it's easier this way.

I left my job and now am very happy working again in landscape design/consulting and more! So i am happy and spend more time sitting down with my doodles now too. they bring their toys to me and we play fetch and/or they lay next to me Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

OH Annmarie! I'm so so sorry to hear of your pains! Sad But, I am glad that you shared....now I can focus on your "pictures" coming out "clear" when you do finally get yourself into the doctors... Very Happy

So hey, as a chronic neck pain person myself (several car accidents Shocked ), I swear by acupuncture!!! I tried every prescribed muscle relaxant...coupled with physical therapy....nothing really worked well, small effects but no real consistency....BUT, acupuncture (and the occasional "re-alignment" by a chiropractor) has worked beautifully--almost as if I never had pain (and wow, its hard to think of those times)...now if I have pain, I blame myself for not going in to see the "Doms"...its really quite amazing. Very Happy

sooo, I do know your pain, and believe me, I send you love for it Very Happy ...your spirit, good humor, and inner beauty keep your mind healthy no matter what the body does! Cool Laughing Laughing Laughing

thanks so much for your concern and support! Very Happy
maybe i'll try acupuncture in the near future? for now i am just trying to ge the spasms to stop. I have had a nerve injury since 1991 and used to pain and have a real high tolerance to it. i just want full use of my arm right now and my body is not listening to me! hahhahahahhaaa

and let's say hugging and kissing a doodle or two a day does help keep the doctor away (for now). I love when they make me laugh too! Very Happy

Annmarie, sorry to hear of your pains, but congratulations on the new career move. Keeps you closer to the essential doodle hugs! I'm sure it will provide peace of mind to be able to work from home while you're recuperating.

My pastor (a former clinical psychologist) used to say that we need four hugs a day for survival, eight for maintenance, and twelve for growth. Keep hugging your doodles!!! (Dave can help, too.) Smile

Have you tried essential oils for pain relief? I've used something called "Panaway" (Used to be Pain Away) by Young Living Essential Oils that has helped me in the past. It's purely therapeutic grade essential oils, without the additives that may be causing allergic reactions. Keeping in mind the nature of your allergies, which you know better than I do, maybe something like this would offer some relief.

Annmarie, it really sounds like your short term pain has turned into a kick upstairs, and will be a long term gain. You can be home more, and are doing what you love. Plus you can hang up when the ex calls! Yahoo! Get a nice voicemail runaround that makes him crazy. For English, press One! Para Espanol ...
