Hi Max. I like my buzz cut. Mom thinks it's really easy to brush and comb and dad says I look like groucho marx.

Max, way to go brave buddy! My mommy had to take me to that vet place a week ago to get some kinda needle stuck in my neck, owie. Then they all laughed cause I kissed the vet on the nose to thank him. Really I just thought he had some jelly on his face from breakfast, just checking. Then I barked at a big Rottweiler for pottying on the scale. The nerve of some dogs.

I have to go back next week I think to get "fixed". Boy there sure are a lot of broken puppies it seems. Good thing the vet knows how to fix it. Daddy keeps saying if the shelter didn't make him do it, he wouldn't. He makes a funny face and an ouchie motion and mommy laughs and says "it's a guy thing honey, they're not neutering you, calm down" I think daddy's just scared of the vet. Maybe he should taste his nose?

Hope your little sis is feeling better. Wish mom and dad would get me one.

Your buddy, Dexter

Morning Dexter!
I just got "fixed" yesterday ....it isn't that bad. Yeah you're moving a bit slower the first night but just go slow on stairs. OH and it seems you get lots of extra love...picked up for everything Shocked they pick you up to get in the car, go to bed and just keep giving you tons of hugs!! oh make sure you milk it and use the sad doodle eyes...melts them everytime!!

I sure hope you get a sister. I have a halfsister for almost 2 weeks now.
And at 1st I thought oh great everyone wants to see her now and not me Crying or Very sad . I'll admit Peanut is a little cutie pie stealing the show at the vet's Rolling Eyes
HOWEVER, i have shown Peanut how to be a TOMBOY and she's awesome! climbs over 4ft , can jump 3.5ft already, knows how to get crate doors open, and shares her food with me!! And runs like a demon under chairs making me really work hard to fishing her out!
I've taught her how to do doodle runs and she loses in tug-of-war every time. Ok if i see her starting to play dirty pool ( she has sharp nippers that go for my beard) i just put my ole PAW on her and hold her down heh heh heh and putmy whole mouth over her head cuz then she can't see at all Wink

Dexter i have never pee'd on a scale and neither has Peanut. I guess NON-doodles aren't as smart and well mannered as us doodles?!

Keep in touch Dexter, let me know how it goes next week. Gotta go now, Peanut just stole my 2ft squeaker buffalo and is giving chase.

Well, mommy just called the vet place and when she hung up, she said "Tuesday, Dexie, snip snip". Daddy'a already looking worried. Maybe I should play tug of war with him to calm him down.

I tried to get Mr. Muffin my big cat brother to play tug of war with my squeeky duck, but he just hissed and ran to mom. What normal cat wouldn't love getting whacked upside the head with a wet duck? I need a dog playmate!

Dexter you're lucky Mr Muffin didn' whack you or at least that's what normal cats do. Abnormal ones play with us. I can't believe MR Muffin told on you!!! You need to have a heart to heart talk with your parents about getting you brother or sister. Can't they see you'll end up needing therapy if forced to live a life of trying a cat how to be a dog and playmate!!
