Annemarie ... one of the Natural Balance forumulas is fish and sweet potatoes ... maybe that would be like the meals you describe Very Happy The one I use with Mia is venison and rice.

This whole string of conversations has just reminded me of a problem my parents had with their miniature schnauzer. They went through I don't know how many different foods trying to find one that she could keep down ... her problem was not diarrhea, it didn't even get that far. Sad

At any rate, they evenually happened on to a food that is almost entirely fish and she was finally able to keep a meal down. She's now nine years old, happy and healthy (maybe a little on the fat side but that's not her fault Rolling Eyes my parents just can't help themselves when she begs)

Hi Annemarie ... my Dad says the food they are feed is Nutro Ultra which has lamb, chicken and salmon so it might not work for Max.

The Natural Balance Sweet Potato and Fish looks like it might be a better bet if you're looking for a higher quantity of fish. Here's a link to the description on the Natural Balance http://www.naturalbalanceinc.com/allergy/SPFish.html#Product
