Does anyone have an opinion regarding a good age to switch from puppy food to adult food? Thanks.

You can talk to your Vet but I start at about 9 to 10 months on mine some what till a year old it really is up to you but I would keep him or her on it at least till 9 or 10 months.

I agree with Linda's comment...ask your vet at the next visit, but a good guide is to wait until the major growth spurt is finished, around a year old.

The vet told me to switch Gus to adult food at 8 months. He didn't go into a lot of detail as to why other than making a comment about slowing growth rate.
