OKie DOkie Todays the day

We are leaving for NC in about 2hrs, to go see the 100 acres farm, tomorrow,
please say a prayer for us that all goes well
Im excited but a bit nervous, its alot of money per month , but all the animals and US will be much more comfortable
If we get it, our Horse breeding and training business my take off ,,who knows
i may also go back to grooming and pet care ,,there is just so much we can do with it even raise cattle, (have cow horses so that would be double fun,,LOL)
not to mention i will have a life, able to ride my paint horse i have only be on 2 times in 2 yrs, (due to health problems a year ago)
just asking for prayers and good wishes, for the ability to make the right decision,

Nancy - lots and lots of luck...anything to do with property is scary these days, but the reward will be unmeasurable, so fingers crossed that everything goes your way. Can't imagine having 100 acres (we have about 1/4 acre) but it sounds just glorious (unless you have to mow it all, of course

Lemme clear this up
Im not buying this one,,im leasing it,, its been in this mans family for over 4generations, and there is no plans to sell it ,and he wants a long term tenant, i will have no worries of having to fix anything, which is a plus,
i decided im not buying ,,heck banks are not lending rite now anyway

Im on my laptop ,, i love technology,,LOL
we are at the holiday inn express,,im not really to impressed,,i like hampton inn,,sheesh,,am i spoiled or what

its a done DEAL
we now will be in NC on 100 acres,,i forgot the usb cord
so i wont get pics until until i get home
the houses are old,, but its perfect the landlord is just awesome, and we love it there
its unbelivable,,NO neighbors and the horses are going to be in heaven,,i just can not wait
