Rehoaming in San Diego

Hello, My family and I are looking for an adult age (1+) labradoodle. We have some allergy issues and know that this dog would be great for our home. Can any of you Experts out there give me some advice? Regards!

Have you tried calling reputable breeders in your area.......or as far as you are willing to travel?

Allergies with the fur? I think people with that kind of allergy are contraindicated to have a dog.
