I am searching for a reputable breeder preferably on the east coast who may have an older dog available.
I am disabled and searching for a physically and temperamentally sound dog that will finish training as a service dog for me. Unfortunately, I have been quite unsuccessful pursuing a dog from an organization, so I am working with a private trainer now. If you have any recommendations, would you kindly let me know? I'm open to breed, but am considering a labradoodle, goldendoodle, and Golden Retriever primarily. Thank you. |

I hope you find what you are looking for. Doodles are very special when it comes to Service Dogs! SO SMART!!
Wishing you well.....and I hope someone out there has some answers for you! Have you tried calling local, reputable breeders in your area to see if anyone is retiring a good doodle, GR or GD? Sometimes when breeders retire a dog, they do sell them.

I'm sorry.......shoot!
Did you try calling them and having an actual conversation? Also, when you do call, ask if they happen to know of anyone who might be getting ready to sell. Calling makes it so much more personal.......win their heart!!!
