Default Is your dog happy?

I guess the first sign of happiness we see in a dog is a wagging tail. My dog enjoys car rides and long walks on the park, sniffing on every duck butt and pooping on my neighbor’s lawn. Not sure why but these simple pleasures get them so excited. Sometimes I wish I was a dog. I would do some of the things listed above, specially pooping on some people’s lawn. What a satisfaction…But that’s not nice. We must teach good dog manners instead. The best way of doing that is bringing some treat in hand. How can your dog leave all the fun behind if there is no reward? Play fetch, hug your dog, and let him sleep long hours, keep him
, and let him exercise outdoors. Happiness is a matter of choice. Your dog can’t choose but you can choose a life of happiness for him. Is your dog happy?

dogs do not get happy just because you give them a treat..this would be just a feeding habit your teaching your dog...

dogs are born with basic instincts..they mark, bark, dig and variety things that most likely would annoy any of us..but, when these instincts are fullfilld in a dog..they do become balanced and happy..and happy dogs are much easier to train than otherwise..

not saying all these instinctive behaviors should be tolerated..dog s should be allowed to be dogs..but, not at the expense of our funiture, landscape and our neighbors yards..instead, dogs need to learn that it s ok to mark, bark and dig..but, at the right time and place..

If my dog can speak then then you must listen that he will confirm that he is the most fortunate dog in the world.
