Hi Lisa, the romp was today!! I could not go. Phantom was sick earlier in the week, and yesterday he had diarrhea. I did not want to take any chances in phantom coming down with somerhing since he had already not been feeling well. I don't know if you are ever evalable during the week, but I am home with my doods, and we would love for you to come play here if you ever feel like it!

I'm sorry Angie, I meant to measure him but, I forgot. I'll try to measure him now. Be right back... OK, he's 27" tall at the shoulder. Is that tall for a dood? I had him at Petco yesterday and was talking to a lady there who said her vet told her that puppies have a bump on their front legs. It flattens out when they stop growing. Doc still has the bumps so I'm not sure how much more he'll grow. I don't mind if he gets taller, I just hope he doesn't get any joint problems.

Gosh are you sure he is 27 at the shoulders? he is going to be a giant, Otto I think will be 25 to the shoulder when he is fully grown and that is big. I have just measured and 27 is up to my waist before the head. I am 5 ft 1 inch

Yes, he's 27". He's quite tall. All my friends large dogs, i.e. golden retriever, lab mix, look small to me now. My neighbors have three great danes and Doc is still smaller than they are, but they don't seem that giant compared to him anymore. I'm 5' 7" so, I'm still quite a bit taller than he is.
