The guys just know.
Its funny how the guy just knows when its the right time to breed. Hershey has had a very unusual cycle. Conflicting progesterone and cytology.The vet advised us that we better let biology determine when was best since science was having trouble. We were at the breeders last week (just in case, we knew it was early), and she made it abundantly clear SHE WAS NOT READY. Now we went back at the end of last week and SHE WAS VERY READY. She flagged and flagged and jumped on his head "pay attention to me", "look at me, I'm sexy!!". Thursday, mr stud had no interest, friday, no interest, saturday, no interest. We were starting to get a little worried. She was clearly trying to get some action. Sunday. WHAM BAM THANK YOU MAM! All of a sudden he just knew, its was his time. 3 ties in 2 days. Lets hope we have puppies on the way. 1st pick boy is flying to Jac to be part of Gabby Jac Ranch.

Sometimes you guys really know how to put things in such a romantic fashion!!! I'm still chuckling thinking about poor Hershey all sexy feeling and the guy just not in the mood. Good thing nature gives you a few days!! Keep us updated on the pregnancy.

WE had the exact ame experiece. The stud came over to our house for 4 days straight 5thday was the magic day...w were worried also...s happy persistence prevailed...but only 4 pups, after 3 ties...good luck to you...wishing you a lrger liter than ours...cant wait to here..
