I can't throw a frisbee very well, but since this is more square I thought it would be easier. And since it is made of cloth it should be a little easy to catch and play "fetch" with later on. I showed my family the puppy pictures today and they all fell in love with them. None of them could pick just one either,

i throw like a GIRL when it comes to frisbees and must say the Flying Squirrel goes every which way soemtimes the air lifting it
and tossing it whereever the wind blows it. they're fun BUT once back inside frisbee and flying squirrel are put up high or they'd chew them to pieces. puppies............i keep goign back to look at all your puppies and others posted on forum my 'aaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwww" with my morning coffee

I don't think you should ever thow them...when we got ours, it was our first puppy purchase and I didn't know...but now that I do know (it can cause hip dysplasia) I won't do anyting like that. Besides, after I chucked Bayley in the face with the flying squirrel, I didn't want to try again...she chewed it up in no time!
Just to clarify for those who don't know...my PennHip vet said NO FRISBY toss! Anything that causes a dog to jump up and land on two legs is asking for trouble with hips. |
