Thank you for your reply and welcome! My pup had a sibling that had the same coloring as your dog in the picture. He(or she) is gorgeous. I wouldn't mind mine turning into that color. The change shows no hint of gray or blue though. It is a very chocolate brown. I'm so anxious and excited to see what it turns out to be. He does spend a good deal of time in the North Carolina sun which is pretty strong. I'll have to get a pic of him up here soon after he gets a bath, lol. Do you have a lot of experience with Labradoodles? I'm a complete newbie but I am in love with this dog. I am already thinking of getting a cream colored girl after I get Bear fully trained. I've been debating about shaving his coat but have read a lot of negative things about doing it so I think I will not do it. Did you have a hard time when his/her adult coat was coming in? I guess I have a lot of reading to do on these subjects. Thanks again
