Thanks! I've had requests for older pups, so keep a list and notify them whenever I see one like this in Wisconsin. Doesn't get my pups sold, but it's good PR anyway. lol

awwwh...he does look a bit like Marley 1.5 yrs can be such a great age too because they are likely past a lot of that adolescent behavior, but not so old that they aren't still silly and fun (sometimes too fun).

Wow, I was surprised by all the posts of encouragement. I guess I should not have been so surprised by my Doodle crazy "Doodle family". It was nice to see.

Kathy and I discussed the pros and cons of doubling our Doodle pleasure through emails most of the morning. The discussions continued throughout the evening at home as well. Before I went to a meeting in the afternoon, I emailed the owner with some questions and to check the dogs availability. Before going to bed last night I checked my email one more time and found a response. She had already found a good home for her doodle and he is doing very well. So we will not become a "Double Doodle Family"

The interest is there. But I must say I was not totally saddened by the response. With the doubling of pleasure comes added responsibilities. In addition, I do have some concern, founded or not, of what the addition of another Doodle will do to the perfectly balanced, symbiotic relationship that myself, Kathy and Marley now share. So what the future holds for us, I do not know, but for now we are totally contented where we are.

The proof is in the "tail".

The ball lasted about six minutes before we heard the air rushing out. An hour of enjoyment would have been great!!!
