Allie is such a beautiful girl I know she will be stealing the heart of someone really soon, good luck and enjoy her while you have her. I know it won't be long

Thank you, I am really looking forward to seeing her again! Her sister, Amelia Jane (same litter) will be happy to play with her too...and of course, her mama (Lexie) and daddy (Chase) will know her in a sniff!

Well Jac I know you would rather find her a home where she is know and not have to travel her, but at least this way you will be directly involved in picking her family once you get her home. and to go to the lengths you are it shows people you truly care what happens to your puppies.

Good Stuff Jac! It helps restore my faith in Breeders when I read posts like this. I spend many months every year in SF so if ever I hear of someone wanting a Doodle you will be first on my list of breeders. KUDOS

Hey, thanks you guys!

I have good news! The family had a "counsel" and when the kids heard that they would not be keeping Allie, they were very upset...so the parents talked to them and they agreed to pitch in and help with play, cleanup and training. The parents felt that they were not giving a good example of commitment to something by giving Allie away and they do love her very much...so they are keeping her! Now, they may change their minds later on if the kids don't follow through, and I will be ready...but I am so happy that for now Allie gets to stay with the family she loves...and who love her.

You guys are all so wonderful...I really appreciate your support through this...it is a very tough thing to have happen. But...all's well that ends well!

Oooooooo what wonderful news, the fact that they are making the effort to keep Allie and to teach the children that a Pet is the Responsibility of everyone in the house, even young children can take part in pet care

I sure hope this works for them

awh that's great!! I can totally understand how a dog can become too much for a family (especially one with kids) but it's really nice to give things one last try before giving up Especially with kids who become attached to the dog...
