Hello - For the past week we've been narrowing down our search for the perfect dog for our family, and all roads seem to lead to a "multi-generation Australian Labradoodle" for our middle child, whom while not allergic to dogs on a skin test as of now, has other environmental allergies and asthma.
While we have a lot of love to give a dog amongst our family of five, a lot of active fun to provide with three young children, I don't know that I have the sanity to potty train a puppy and a precocious 3yr old boy at the same time, thus we would love to re-home an adult dog into our home as our only family pet! No in all seriousness, we know cute little puppies get plenty of attention and fan-fare and we've just always had a soft spot for those 'forgotten' adults! We do not qualify for the doodle rescue collective as we have a child younger than 5yrs old, but since he is the one we think will get the most out of a puppy pal we are trying to seek out other re-homing avenues - like message boards! |

Perhaps you could try the Doodle Breeder's Forum.
Doodle Breeders' Discussion Forum There are many Breeders that re-home their breeding dogs. I can't.....I am too emotionally attached to my dogs.... |
