I cringe whenever I see someone rehoming a doodle on Craigslist. I've sent him an email to tell him about the owner rehome programs run by IDOG and DRRC. Hopefully he will call one of these wonderful groups and ensure his beloved doodle is truly used as a pet, and not exploited by a backyard breeder or fighting dog trainer (they use gentle dogs such as a doodle to be the victim as they train fighting dogs to "taste their first blood").

That is HORRIBLE! I'm a craigslist lurker. . . and there just seems to be so many more pets up for rehoming then before. Not sure if its the economy or what, but poor lil' guys!
