Yes, it does get easier, Jac. I don't react the same way anymore. I just have to note that there is a lot of ignorance out there about Service Dogs and then, sometimes people still don't want to accept it!
I talked to the owner the following night regarding the phone call and calling the police. She told me that the member simply wouldn't buy the RULES. So, if the woman did call the PD, probably told her she didn't stand a chance.
