I would say ask the breeder! Hopefully you found a breeder that you have a good relationship with. The breeder may have a better idea, especially if that particular breeding had been done before. I know with my girls we would give two very different answers. One mom tends to have flat coats that get extremely curly at about 7 -8 months. I actually passed up a pup from this litter because I didn't like how flat her coat was. When I got a picture a few months later I could have died. She was gorgeous and had an amazing coat. Our other mom has pups that go the opposite way. Her pups tend to get flatter. We know if any of her pups are remotely flat that we will have a very Labby pup in the end. We often answer this question for our families, usually with a picture of a similar pup as an adult. That said, my guess would be your pup will be fairly straight but will develop a wavy section that runs along his back. But thats just a guess
