Thanks, Todd, I am interested and I appreciate the instruction...you confirmed my reasoning regarding the price increase. I could not figure out why they didn't just keep the test and pass along the increase...that makes sense, but to change it to only offering single tests and charging the same as they did (almost) for the entire string of testing...well, it just doesn't make sense to me.
Then, when they say they are being responsive to their customer's requests...that REALLY doesn't make sense!
I think that I am ready to respond to Rick now...thanks.
