WOW!! Todd, thank you!!! I didn't know this company existed! $40!!! That is so cool...
I was getting so discouraged with what PID was doing...I wrote to Rick and he responded (I'm sure you saw it on the breeder forum) but he only justified their activity...and, he said that they were being "responsive" to their customers. Huh???
I plan to contact him again, as he did say that he is very interested in what his customers want...but if they continue with their changes, I know that they will go under...most people paying the higher price will go to the other companies. Sad...I really supported PID and I totally understood that they had glitches as they were a new company...but as soon as they get established, they do this. I am not happy.
I AM happy, however, that you posted this competitor's info!
