Anyone could test their dogs all along, you just ordered a kit, take a cheel swab and a hair sample, and send it in. What the change is that they are charging 60 per test (or 30 for s second, etc..) when they used to do 20 someting tests for 50-75$$ and they are only offering a few tests, and no more colour results.
