Father's Day recipe
We had some friend's for dinner this evening. I made Salmon over arugula with rice and a side skewer of shrimp. (Guys didn't have the typical BBQ ).
My friend said it was so pretty that I should take a picture! Hahaha.........it is kind of pretty so I thought I'd share. It's hard to see the rice but it's the big white spot!  My dad woudl've enjoyed!

HMMMMM!!! Looks Great! And your right, looks good too.
I too did some fish on th grill tonight. Tilapia cooked in foil with lemon, butter, little onion, lemon, carrots and seasoned to perfection. Couscous and lima beans. A good healthy meal. Was it down with a beer or two. The end of a perfect day. Happy Fathers day to all Dads, Doodle and otherwise.
