........is everyone experiencing a horrendous amount of rain this year!

I mean, I don't want to talk weather, but this is almost ridiculous!

Tell ya what........as soon as I buy my annuals and get them in the ground, the rain will stop and I'll have to pay for the water they'll need.

And...........as far as doggie play time and walks!.........SHEEESH!! People in our neighborhood are taking every opportunity in between raindrops to exercise their dogs and themselves!......and that includes MOI!!

It's the same here in Indiana, Linda. Just when you think it might finally dry out, you get another gully washer. I took Linus out yesterday afternoon and when he ran across the side yard, it looked like he was running through a grassy swamp, water splashing up with every step he took, the ground is so saturated. I almost hate taking him to the farm because he seems to find every mud puddle in the lane... he doesn't understand that I would prefer he walk around the mud and stay as clean and dry as possible... I'm ready for some warm sunshine, doggone it!!! Unfortunately, it's looking pretty gloomy out there right now. Maybe tomorrow will be sunny... I would really like to start hanging out my laundry.

UGH....yeah, we're in the same climate zone. AND.....it's another rainy day here!

OH! I love it when laundry is hung out to dry! Especially sheets! I haven't ever done it, yet recall my grandmothers doing it.

And, by the way....just to continue on with my response earlier.....we left Wed. the 26th for a nice boating vacation with the kids and Cruisers first boat cruise. The weather, you ask? Oh, well....it rained the day we left....it rained the next day....and the next day.......and the last day it poured.....then it stopped briefly the day we were leaving and drizzled hour after hour afte that. We all came home with webbed feet. Cruiser loves boating, by the way.
