So, I told you that on September 25th, the day before his 2nd Birthday, Bogart peed on a pile of bags of dog food.
Well...........today, Walt had him in the same store.....and this time..........HE PEED on some fluffy dog toys!! WTH????? Okay, I know that other dogs have peed here as the owners told me this last time.....so he's marking. BUT! This can't go on!! Bogart is sooooooo housebroken!!! He dosn't DO THIS!! What would YOU do?? OH! At least I had the courtesy to yell "Clean up in aisle 4!" Walt? He yanked Bogart's leash and left!

That's a tough one...I am surprised that Bogie is doing this...he is neutered...maybe a belly band for going into stores? (Now THAT would be embarrassing!)

Or doggie diapers...
Speaking of marking, last week it was raining, and my sweet, precious little Doodle hates getting his feet wet... Bruce's GREEN jack was hanging on the back of the kitchen chair, and Raleigh must have thought it was a tree... This should teach Bruce to hang up his jacket from now on!!!

OH how embrassing!! LOL - I can just see Walt yanking on the leash telling Bogart that he didn't need anything in that aisle anyway!
Maybe the store isn't doing as good of a job as normal at making sure the old pee spots are cleaned up. And the urge is just to tempting for Bogart. Our PetSmart has little "clean-up" stations at every corner...so the owners can now clean up their own dog mess. |

This is where his electronic collar could come in handy. I just thought of that! Pet stores=Electronic Collar. I see no other way. Kathie! That is HILARIOUS!! Quote:
That'll teach ya Bruce! Samsonsmom.......I think Kathie missed that part of Walt just LEAVING! Quote:
One of Bogarts tasks for a Service Dog was to walk through a pet store OFF LEASH! He never peed in THAT pet store....nor any other one. It seems your reasoning is good. It must be the lack of "clean up". Plus, then of course, we have people like Walt who don't even tell anyone!! I'll bet MANY people don't as they are too embarrassed

EWWW Just paper towels...GROSS! They need to crack out the odor eliminator and disinfectant. New employees that just probably don't know how to properly clean up the mess.
Hope Bogart can resist the urge soon! |

Well - I can understand why employees wouldn't want to spend their day cleaning up pee and poo. LOL. I'm sure that's not the most glorifying part of their job.
Could you just imagine - long day at work, you come home, wife asks you "how was your day honey?" only for you to reply "well a St. Bernard pooped on aisle 3, a great dane must have had a gallon of water before coming and peed while walking through aisle 10 and part of aisle 9, and some GUY let his dog pee on the stuffed toys, and just walked away....MAN WHAT A DAY....I need a drink." |
