Default So...my daughter thinks I have lost it!!! LOL

When I brush Marley, it reminds me of the wool of the sheep that I raised in FFA.
So, I started saving his beautiful, steel-gray hair in a plastic bag.
I have someone that is going to make it into yarn for me when I get enough and them I will make a scarf.
Has anyone else ever done this? Don't see what is wrong with it....it is so soft and such a pretty color.
Maybe I AM spending too much time at home.

Nah Judi - that's not crazy --- now if you start collecting HUMAN hair in a big trash bag in your closet, than you might have a problem and need to seek help...LOL!!!

I have seen several articles on TV about people doing this. It is pretty nice if the hair is washed very well so there isn't any dander. I bet if you did a search on the net you would find lots of advice and people that do this.

My wife has slippers knitted our of dog hair. Not ours, she bought them at a craft show. She thinks they are neat-o, so to each their own.

My daughter had posted this on her facebook, that I had "lost it", because of my saving it...to make a joke to family.
I replied "Thanks for telling everyone about their christmas present!"
Now I have to find a bunch of Steelblue-Gray scarves that can pass as Doodle hair, and pass them out for christmas presents.....makem' wonder!!
The genuine article is ALL mine!!

Literally Laughing-Out-Loud That would be TO funny!!! Give them the Steelblue-Gray scarves, make um wonder, and than ask them to try them on in front of you - You just HAVE to see how they look on!! Add - He sheds more in the summer, so next Christmas it's matching gloves!

Wait a minute!! I LOVE purple!! Do you HAVE to be 50??? I thought it was RED HATS at 60!
Well............I did my nails and toes DARK!! Does that make me young or just an old bat trying to be?
I am into Essie and OPI colors.....Toes are.......Light My Sapphire........
Fingernails are Lincoln Park after Midnight! I haven't had DARK fingernails since I was in my 20's!......always bare or sheer! Now look at me!!
My dream job would be naming all these nail colors!
How the heck did I turn this thread into this?? :P :P
