We're heading home soon.........
We hate to leave, but all good things must come to an end.We have had SUCH A GRRRRRRRRRRRREAT time! I do have FIVE clients waiting for me to get home too! Bogart threw up his breakfast again. I think I have the answer........at least I hope it's this simple because he's acting well. I think he's eating too fast!! His kibble is minimal and he has been on a bland chicken/rice diet for 2 weeks now. I think the poor baby (who will be TWO next week) is really hungry. Where he NEVER before inhaled his food.........he now sucks it down. I guess I'll feel better when home and close to our vet once again.

Safe travels Linda....hugs to Bogie...maybe when he gets home he'll get back to normal...he's probably wolfing his food because he's not getting his normal portion, and with his sensitive tummy, it comes right back up!

Have a good safe trip. I was told once by a vet that when a dog eats too fast put something like an upside down bowl in his dish or a big rock. It forces them to eat slower. We tried it with Tia when she was little and it worked. They have to pick around the bowl and it slows them down. We did not use a rock because we were afraid she would try to grab it and break her teeth. Just an idea.

Sorry that the vacation is over, but so glad that it was a nice one!
I hope you are right...and it makes sense! I like Kathy's advice...I was going to suggest feeding him with a treat ball so he has to get it slowly... |

WE'RE HOME!!
I worked this morning and then CRASHED! :P I didn't even hear or know that Bogart was playing in the yard with Finn. As well as I slept up there........I was exhausted today! Walt...walkswithpoop.......said Bogart ate fine and had a normal poo!! That's a great idea about the bowl or funnel thingie. We have been feeding him little handfuls. He looks at us like we're nuts! Each day, I look forward to getting everything back to normal.
