Rushed to ER......QUESTION! Could this be IT?

OMG! Walt has never acted like this!
He just threw Bogart in the Tahoe and is hurrying to the vet!
Apparently, Bogart was playing with Finn and he started choking. Walt stuck his entire fist down Bogart's throat and felt something hard....and it went down!
I don't know what he knows.........but he was shaking when he left just now.
PRAYERS!

Well........can't be diagnosed at this time as an xray won't show anything.
Gave him Barium???? Why??
Boiled chicken diet....and we see what happens.
Vet said not to worry. Whatever it was should come out alright.

So okay then!.........

I just read this and I am so sorry you had such a awful thing happen. I was in tears when I read what happened then in tears that he seems ok. Keep us posted please. Hugs to all!

So far, so good. I got to thinking the reason for the Barium is that if we need to.....it will be easy to find if xrayed. That Barium is like a nuclear light, I guess.
He ate his chicken mixed with beans and oatmeal. I devoured it!

Something is down there somewhere.......

.......we just need to get it out safely.
Thanks for the prayers. It's not over yet and I'm on pins and needles.
AM.......I don't know if it was a rock. Walt said he was really choking on whatever it was. Scares me a whole lot!

Geez Linda....I'm just seeing this now and it's 10:30 p.m.! Try not to worry...especially if the vet feels that Bogie will be ok...sending tons of hugs and prayers your way!

On the positive side, Linda, you know that he swallowed something and you can watch for signs...and your vet is aware...so any change will be taken very seriously. I pray that it will pass okay and without incident.

I am sorry. I haven't been on all day! Still.........all is but and nothing has passed.
He seems to be fine otherwise. But, there's something in there somewhere. I find it hard to believe that whatever it is has digested.

But, since there are no signs of obstruction...that is good news.
