Seems like ear infections are running rampant! :(
Bogart got his 2nd summer cut today and the groomer alerted us to an ear infection.
 Yep! The vet agreed and prescribed drops and a wash. FUnny how we didn't seem to notice it. But, he has been rubbing his head on the side of the couch, bed etc. I thought he was just being silly! Looks like he was itchy and maybe hurting a bit. Are't there now about 4 other doods with ear problems here? No pics of the new cut............looks like the last one!

Awww, poor Bogie! I am glad that you found out before it got really bad...now that he is on meds, he should be just fine!

well add MAX to the list , wondering if it' ear yeast infection or possible mites?
i have the meds here ...the drops and earwash and if it doesn't improve then i'll make an appt our vet ever since the mange, has a keep meds on hand just in case and he feels confident we know how to recognize signs as in past i could detect it before our vets YOU get to know your dogs like you do your kids

Cinnamon just got over an ear infection that wouldn't die. It lasted a couple of months. The last stuff the vet gave me turned her ear funny colors of brownish black, but it all flaked off and now her ear is clear. Finally!
