Thanks AnnMarie. I think? Although it looks like Gene had foreseen this very eventuality.

Too late on the blond part, I'm afraid.

We're really looking forward to Beau's arrival. My 3 year old has been a big help getting things ready for him, helping pick out food bowls and all that. Although, he was a bit disappointed when I told him Beau was coming to live with us and he wanted Clifford (the big red dog) instead. Ah, from the mouths of babes, huh?

Welcome LizB! It's so exciting that we'll be able to be in touch with Beau's new life in his new family. Congratulations all around!

hahhaaa LIZ , when your 3yr old sees BEAU he just might think he is Clifford as he is probably twice his size

OH on a serious note guess what? Beau 's dad is a red std poodle named
CLIFFORD after the big red dog.

Welcome Liz! We are all so glad to know that Beau is getting a wonderful home! I think he and my Tyke have the same birthday (July 3, '07), or are only one day apart, so he is extra special. Also, I have learned so much from Annmarie about doodles since I joined this forum! So glad you have joined us!
