welcome and HI
i'd say do tons of research, get some books and also do Hip tests 1st i also talked to other breeders via phone taked to 3vets and 2 reproduction centers to-date also doing searches on this forum is great! i went back to 2006 and read a whole year's worth of topics on breeding! was invaluable in some ways i am NOT a breeder yet...am testing my doodle's hips monday and if good will do further testing and then hopefully breed him and my own breeder where i got all 3 doodles has also been quite helpful as i help her out with her breeding dogs, litters and more. OH if i can find it there's a link that tells of the START UP costs which is costly...i found it by doing searches on google and yahoo not sure if i have it.........if i do i'll post it later today good luck!

Welcome! I'm not a breeder either, but just wanted to welcome you to this forum. There is a wealth of information here and the breeders here will be very helpful. Best wished for your endeavor! Please post pictures of your doodle because we love pictures on this forum!
