I have been lurking for a little while and really enjoyed reading all your posts. We have had a new Labradoodle puppy for 5 weeks and we think she ia adorable. Her name is Sadie and she is 15 weeks old. She is absolutely full of fun although when she is with my special needs child she is very gentle and calm (amazing how they sense a disability). We also have a 15yr old Red & white setter who has accepted her right away though she does put her in her place when needed. Looking forward to having great times wiyh Sadie, have wanted a Labradoodle for a couple of years now but was waiting for the right one. We have now found her

WELCOME TO THE FORUM!

Sadie is really a dollbaby! And as far as special need.......you have definitely got the right dog!
Bogart works with special needs children and adults. And although he's trained as my Service Dog, he just comes by all the other stuff naturally.
It is soooooo awesome how gentle and kind they are!!

She is very excitable but no more than most puppies. I am booking her in for training classes, she already sits at every kerb we come to and on command. She is such a cuddly dog to. Looking forward to years of fun

they're so loving and fun to raise along with heightening your sense of humor with their intelligence and comical acts hahhaaaaa

she's a cutie pie for sure

AND YES these doodles are very intuitive to disabilities, and more. MAX was a natural born medic alert dog and so is peanut but she now let's MAX take the lead and if he needs help she's there. MAX is awesome and very acute to my needs before, during and after my spinal cord surgery. i wouldn't be here today if weren't for me doodles and recently they helped alert my fiance when i had a bad reaction to a myelogram.

also they can sense depression in people and much more......Doodles are truly amazing!
